Vinya Vella
Vinya Vella is a charming country house full of character, ideal for 8 guests. Available for holiday rental, it is located in a peaceful area just 1.5 km from the small village of Calonge and 3.6 km from the lively and well-known coastal town of Cala D’Or. The interior is very spacious and tastefully decorated, and the outdoor area is simply wonderful, with different spots to relax and enjoy. The property also features fruit trees and an organic vegetable garden available for guests. For the enjoyment of both children and adults, there’s a hedge maze next to the pool area.
The house is spread over two floors. From the entrance hall, you access the living/dining room, which features a beautiful vaulted ceiling and direct access to the terrace and pool. The well-equipped kitchen, next to the dining area, also opens to the exterior. On this level, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower head. A laundry room is located next to the kitchen.
Upstairs, a small open lounge area sits atop the stairs. This floor includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and an adjacent bathroom with bathtub and shower head. The second bedroom, also with two single beds, offers a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with shower and stunning views over the countryside. The master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub and separate shower. This bedroom enjoys views of the pool and the distant sea and has access to a covered terrace with lovely views of the surrounding area.
Outside, you’ll find a fantastic covered terrace ideal for al fresco meals overlooking the pool. There’s a large swimming pool, lawn areas, and several chill-out corners for total relaxation. Covered barbecue area. Poolside porch with an extra fridge. Outdoor toilet. There is parking space for several cars, two of them under a covered area.
